Welcome. I'm grateful you are here.

Whether you find yourself in a period of suffering and are feeling alone, or are seeking support in your own growth or healing, I am confident meaningful connection in therapy can help uncover inner resources, fresh ideas and promote positive change.

Therapy has the potential to be experienced as deeply relational, collaborative and co-creative.
It is my hope that our work together might cultivate a deeper connection within yourself, with others and the earth.

Working Together
My approach to therapy is open-handed, meaning my internal posture is one of openness, acceptance and compassion. I will never claim to be the expert of your life, but rather, I hold a deep respect for your inner wisdom and resources that I'm confident can emerge and deepen through meaningful therapeutic work.

I'm informed by theories that consider well-being as a whole - mind, body and soul. These include narrative approaches, feminist theory, emotion-focus and body-based practices (embodiment, breathwork).
And I'm confident in the ways mindful awareness and nonjudgment can help shift our ways of being in the world - creating change within ourselves, improving relations with others, and connecting us to the world around us.

Whatever your struggle, whatever your path, let's see how working together might help support you!
